Your Amed diving adventure begins with a warm welcome at our local dive center or a hotel pickup if you’re staying nearby. After a professional dive briefing and equipment check, you’ll head to the dive sites — either directly from the beach (shore diving) or via a traditional jukung boat. We offer two or three dives per day, guided by our experienced, certified dive masters or instructors. Amed’s dive sites are known for their gentle conditions, great visibility, and rich marine life.
🛳️ 1. USAT Liberty Wreck (Tulamben)
Located just a short drive from Amed, this famous WWII shipwreck is one of the most iconic dive sites in Bali. Covered in coral and teeming with marine life, it’s perfect for both beginners and experienced divers.
🌿 2. Jemeluk Bay
A favorite shore dive with gentle conditions, ideal for beginners. You’ll find coral gardens, schools of reef fish, and even underwater statues.
🐠 3. Pyramid Dive Site
Named after the man-made reef structures that have become home to hundreds of fish species. Great visibility, turtle sightings, and occasional reef sharks make this a fun dive for all levels.
🐙 4. Ghost Bay (Macro Heaven)
Amed is also a hotspot for macro diving — and Ghost Bay is one of the best places to find nudibranchs, frogfish, seahorses, and rare critters. Ideal for underwater photographers and experienced divers.
