Your journey begins before sunrise, around 5:30 AM, when the sea is still calm and the sky slowly turns golden. After a warm welcome from our local guide, you’ll hop onto a traditional wooden outrigger boat (jukung), designed for smooth cruising on the gentle waters of Lovina Bay.
As you glide into the open sea, the horizon starts to glow with breathtaking colors — and then, the real magic happens. Suddenly, pods of wild dolphins begin to appear — flipping, spinning, and swimming alongside your boat. Some leap high into the air, others swim in perfect harmony just beneath the surface.
There are several species of dolphins in these waters, including the spinner dolphins, known for their acrobatic twirls, and the bottle-nosed dolphins, known for their playful nature.
You’ll spend about 1.5 to 2 hours on the water, with plenty of chances to take incredible photos and videos.
